To share links, shorten URL

To categorize your tweets, use # hashtag
If you want to create group or specific keywords, you can use #. For example, # Obama will create a group that specifically mentions Obama. Therefore, if you run a search on Twitter about Obama, can easily keep track of all conversations or tweets on the topic.
